Meet Our CEO: Carina Morris (She/Her)

Carina is the powerhouse behind the brand, and so much more. She is a Queer, Lesbian, BIPOC, Autistic, and Indigenous entrepreneur who leads with heart, vision, and deep-rooted values of community, integrity, and equity.

Carina wears many hats (and rocks them all). In addition to running VA Services with Carina LLC, she’s also the founder of:

  • Covered by Carina LLC – a virtual life insurance agency helping families and individuals protect their futures with confidence and clarity.
  • Secure Horizon Foundation Alliance, Inc. – a nonprofit organization on a mission to bring financial education, access, and advocacy to LGBTQIA+ people, families, and communities.

Her intersectional identity deeply informs the work she does and the culture she cultivates, one that uplifts, supports, and gets things done without compromising who you are.

A Few Fun Facts:

  • Carina is married to her brilliant and creative wife, Sierra, who keeps her grounded, inspired, and always laughing.
  • They’re proud pup parents to Sage, their one-year-old Miniature Schnauzer.
  • She thrives on structure but is known to throw in a spontaneous adventure when the moment strikes.
  • When she’s not managing inboxes and Instagram pages, she’s likely listening to an audiobook, nerding out over a new system, or near a body of water.
